Program or Service Description: Outreach: AMCAL’s Outreach Family Counselling Program, for youth aged 7-17 years, may be the short-term intensive program you need to help you address issues of family dynamics, identify your family’s strengths, & develop strategies that help your family prevent more serious problems.

The program is divided into four-week contracts, for a maximum of 3 contracts per year (i.e. 12 weeks of family counselling).

Emerging Adults: Do you have a twenty something adult child who seems “stuck” making the transition from adolescence to adulthood? In 2011, in response to requests from the community, AMCAL developed Emerging Adults, to address the needs of adult children (i.e. aged 18-30 years) still living in the family home.
Age group: 0-11 (child), 12-17 (teen), 18-34 (young adult), 35-64 (adult)
