Program or Service Description: We provide educational, therapeutic and recreational activities as well as stimulation and socializing opportunities. Support, counseling, and interventions are also available as needed. We also have transitional residential resource (group home) with support and supervised apartments for autonomous living.
Age group: 18-34 (young adult), 35-64 (adult), 65+(senior)
Eligibility requirements: Adults 18 and older. Have a primary diagnostic in mental health. Must be autonomous. Must be motivated to participate in activities, programs and the community life.
