Program or Service Description:
A frozen meal program is also available to West Island seniors with a medical or social service reference. A wide selection of low sodium and low fat meals, soups, and desserts are available. Meals can be purchased individually: a meal is $4.50, soups are $2.00 and desserts are $1.75 each. There is a $3.00 delivery charge per order. All orders are delivered by devoted volunteers.
