Program or Service Description: Making New Connections (MNC) is the theme of a series of meetings for immigrant women living in the West Island. The program covers the local school system and health care, activities, services and more. FREE WORKSHOPS FOR RECENT IMMIGRANTS. Join us for New Connections and the Quebec Workplace, a program designed specifically for women who have arrived in Canada in the last 5 years. With a focus on employment, the workshops provide tips and strategies for finding a job as well as information about our local community. Participants will receive practical information and be able to share their experiences.
