Program or Service Description: PRDC is an adapted nursery school for children from birth to 6 years of age and provides an early intervention program for children with developmental issues, while engaging with parents.

Our decades of experience working with children has shown that they learn primarily through play, and that intervention before the age of 6 is the most effective way to stimulate positive child development and improve outcomes.
