Bilingual Workshops
Carrefour jeunesse-emploi Ouest-de-l’Île is offering free bilingual workshops on June 25, 26 & July 2, 3 designed for young people aged from 16 to 35 years old in the West Island, aiming to help them develop professional skills and overcome common job search challenges, such as lack of work experience, frustration with online job applications, or anxiety about upcoming interviews.

West Island Women’s Center has a new 55+ Up! Games Cafe every Tuesday as well as group meetings on Thursday mornings. These are great opportunities to socialize and meet new people in a welcoming environment.

Literacy Unlimited is excited to launch a free online course designed to help youth understand and manage their emotions, build resilience, and strengthen communication skills. Created in response to rising mental health needs among English-speaking youth in Quebec, this course is open to all and easy to access.
