Literacy Unlimited is hosting a free workshop on December 5 for 55+ from 1:30-3:30 pm at The Teapot in Lachine. Play with watercolors and masking markers to make cards for family and friends. To sign up, call 514-694-0007.

FabZone is offering a repair café on December 8 which offers Free repairs of small appliances, textiles, small wooden furniture, toys and more. Donations welcome!

Executives Available is offering career transition services to executives and professionals over the age of 35 who are currently looking for employment. Carrefour jeunesse-emploi de l’Ouest-de-l’Île is launching a Food and Toy drive starting November 1st to support On Rock. New toys (no used items accepted) and non-perishable food items can be dropped off in a designated box at their office in Pointe-Claire.
