Solidarity Markets

Corbeille de Pain’s 2024 Solidarity Markets are in full swing! These markets aim to offer better access to fresh fruits and vegetables to residents of the West Island. The “pay what you can” model allows all market participants to pay a fairer price based on their own financial situations.

Did You Know?

Do you have fruit trees on your property that you would like help in harvesting? Register your tree(s) with Les Fruits défendus by clicking here. This independent collective links fruit tree owners with volunteer pickers to try to ensure that precious local food resources are not wasted. After harvest, the fruit that is picked is divided between the fruit tree owner, volunteer pickers and Corbeille de Pain.
