A panel of professionals will share their insights and answer your questions as you learn what it means to serve on a board, what’s expected and how you can strengthen the West Island.

The West Island Crisis Center is offering a new support group focused on motivation and goal setting. Participants will have the opportunity to explore different types of motivation, learn how to set realistic goals (including SMART goals), and discuss concepts such as self-compassion, kindness, and self-esteem.
