Shuttle
The Ricochet shuttle accompanies beneficiaries of the Transition Program with lodging to and from Ricochet in the evening, accompanies beneficiaries of the Emergency Services to the appropriate resources in the morning, and eventually helps beneficiaries move into permanent housing.
The shuttle is also used by psychosocial workers to accompany beneficiaries in their social reintegration efforts (i.e. doctor’s appointments, apartment visits, etc.).
Social Mediation
The social mediation service aims to promote harmonious relations between people experiencing homelessness and the Pierrefonds-Roxboro community. We offer support to encourage the positive use of urban space by homeless people.
This service is available to Pierrefonds-Roxboro residents when situations of misunderstandings arise involving a homeless person. Social mediation also has a mandate to raise awareness about the realities of homelessness and the rights and responsibilities of everyone in the community.
